Looking for a product that will creat custom feeds

I need feedback on what are the best services or products out there to create customized rss and xml feeds. I need a service or script that I can add a keyword or phrase in a search box and spit out ready to use feeds in rss or xml format from all the main news sites like yahoo, google and other places. I saw something like newsgator and feedemon not sure if thats what I need any feedback would.
Yahoo has a good advanced search option that I enter a keyword and it spits out a rss feed from Yahoo News site good but I need it to be in xml format as well.

I tried out feedforall nice but this is for creating from scratch your own custom feed. I have to go out and add each item within the feed.
Here is the link to the Yahoo site that does what I want Yahoo! News - RSS go to the middle "Create your own RSS news feeds". It is great but I need the feed to be in xml format not in regular rss format. I would love to find a software that would do the same and scrape info not just from yahoo but google and what ever site I add to it all at once. Also have the search results come back as a rss or xml feed. Anyone know of one out there?
