Looking for a Joomla video plugin that

Can have a image thumbnail instead of the black backgrounds you get.

I have tried a lot of them but there is not one where you can ad a image so that you're suite doesnt look like a black hole when you have a view movies added.

The best video plugin I have come across is Seyret Video Component at Joomlaholic.com. This is more of a community plugin for sites with multiple videos, but it is a great free component.
