My brother owns a wedding photography company and he is still stuck in the stone ages when it comes to lead capture and customer retention.

Can anyone reccommend a CRM for a non techie? I have looked at infusionsoft.com but that seems too pricey and overblown for his current lead volume. I was going to stitch up a prosper202/aweber solution but if you guys have something better that would great.
 


salesforce is great - $65 a month and your pretty much set! Also their support are very helpful and have API :)
