Recently I linked two domains under the same Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools account. In retrospect, it would have been cleaner and likely more intelligent to keep them separate, but I didn't.
In the unlikely event that Google penalizes or otherwise de-indexes one of my domains, what impact will this have on the other domain that is also listed on the Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools accounts?
I am asking because I am new to seo. Although my sites do not contain anything shady, I am using one of them to experiment with various seo techniques. I don't want the domain I'm using to test these techniques on to pollute my other domain.
