I have a list of about 50,000 fisherman from a website I am currently running. The issue I am having is once I make my initial buck of the user I am having trouble with lifetime revenue.

Do most of you guys use a third party for list management? Do you just start emailing random offers?

Any recommendations?

50,000 records is a small amount for data really. Your best bet I think would be use something like Icontact and mail them fishing tips or a fishing new letter highlighting fishing products. Maybe even if you have the cash do something big like get a big giveaway and let people have more entries for referring people to your site or something. Just some ideas. I think most list management people want to deal with more data then 50k records. At least we do.

Smaxor, thanks for the reply. I had a feeling that was the case for some of the larger companies. I was hoping since it is a very niche list there might be some opportunities.

I'll keep emailing cpa offers while the list builds.
