So I just switched from bluehost shared to a VPS. Which is wonderful in all cases except for one.
I use various software programs including Article Marketing Robot to link to my site which is a wordpress blog.
When I use article marketing robot, my site that i am linking to comes to a complete sluggish stall.
When I looked at the stats, everytime i do a run with article marketing robot my VPS memory is getting hit. I assume this is from the auto approve directories linking to my site.
I turned off trackbacks and pinging, and no change atall.
My question is , what is happening when those article directories are linking to my site causing my site to slow down?
Is there anything I can do on my blog so that this doesn't happen? Or do I just need to load up with more memory on my VPS.
Thanks!
