You mean uh, search and content network advertising platforms? Live/MSN, 7seach, adbrite, bidvertiser... lots...
 
well I've always found that my premium search experience comes from firing up my Os2 Warp box (oh what?) and 14.4ing it into my fav bbs and just posing the question there.

I'd contact grandpuba1964 for weekly advertising rates but I'm not sure his bandwidth at Stanford will currently allow this. Oh, and if you're interested we're all doing a face to face D&D party (potluck) next Saturday at Becky's.
