lets say that I have googletool.com and I realized it not legally OK to use such kind of domain so I buy other domain and redirect with 301 to my new domain is this still a problem?

The redirect is fine, just make sure you aren't breaking the anti-typosquatting laws. Disable any whois privacy on the redirect domain and make sure the details are contactable. Do not offer to sell the domain to the brand owner unless they request to buy it first.

He said a 301 redirect moron.

Fuck off, such a bullshit statement. People make profit off others brand names all the time without breaking any laws.

Thanks for your comments - really applicate it . i think its the start of a lovely friendship . :love-smiley-087:

now about your friendly comments , yes - i am aware he is asking about doing 301 - i asked him what he is planning to have on the website he is redirecting the traffic too.
