  1. Are there any legal issues if I want to stream an artist's music on a website such as Britney Spears (just an example)? I've seen a lot of fan sites doing this, so I'm not sure.
  2. If the above is a problem, can I link to sites such as savefile.com where I can upload these and the music videos as well ?
  3. Can I make music videos available for download? I currently have the youtube video embedded in the website.
  4. What about TV series such as the Disney's Hercules TV Series - can I have a link to rapidshare or savefile for example to allow visitors to download the episodes?
Would Google give less important to my site if it sees these rapidshare or megaupload links on it ?

Technically, yes. In practice, no.

i am planning to embed audio and video on my sites

not a lot, but some and not for download, in fact, now that i think of it, I would become an affiliate and list the product nearby.
