Market Leverage has one.. payout is $27 and no credit card needed
We have the same campaign on our network. Our street is lower $25 but I can bump anyone to $28 and if you do more than 25 leads in a month I can move that up to $30 and more.

Let me know if you are interested.

Kind of a no brainer

Not kind of... I would easily lose $12 each lead and not have to rely on getting a person to make an appt and show up for it, not to mention have real time data and stats. They better pay me much more than $50 a lead if I get people in the surgeons office already and all they have to do is close the easy sale on an expensive procedure. At least double that.

$40 a lead is a good deal for just the appt. My wife had Lasik with the Lasik Vision Institute and they only pay $50 for the first referral, $75 for the second and $100 for every additional referral... and that is NOT for a warm lead -- you only get paid if they go ahead with the procedure. And most of these Lasik procedures cost $1800 per eye. The ads you see for $299 per eye are just to get you in the door.

Yeah but the main reason this type of marketing is done is so they can send them a flyer, letter, email, coupon and a million other things to get you in the door. I have signed up for similar type offers and I get things almost weekly if not every other day.

Yes, I completely understand why they are paying for the lead and how they are going to market to you. I was just using Lasik Vision as an example of their advertising tactics.

My main point was the comparison between the two and how shitty Lasik Vision's referral program really is -- not getting a dime for a referral until the patient actually goes through with the procedure.

I have never promoted lasik but a $50 payout to get a person in an office with an appt to have an initial consultation for a procedure that cost $3,600 hundred dollars is weak no matter how you look at it. They should be able to close a large majority of those people they aren't wasting their time for nothing if they already made an appt and showed up for it. I would expect a lot more than 1.4 percent to promote something like that when I only get paid that deep into the sale.
