Large Pageviews, but not targeted... how would you monetize

I am working on a project that has a large amount of visitors and pageviews... 95k unique, and 1.5 million pageviews.

I am working on ideas to further monetize the site, and we are looking at affiliate marketing. The problem is that this is broad general traffic. So its not a niche audience.

So my question is how would you monetize this site if it was in your control. I know I can't get exact answer, just looking for feedback and ideas.

Can't really recommend anything for that age, try checking out what kind of commercials are running for people in that demographic ( CNN, The Weather Channel, etc). Also I'd make a facebook profile with that age and see what people are running.

If it's primarily females I'd do diet/health offers
