Have any of you seen a surge in organic FB likes to your pages? While FB reach has reached new levels of sucking dick, its still an interesting update imo

I have a fan page that has been sitting pretty dormant until this past month when it gained 20k new Likes, all free, organically. Gaining around 4k Likes a day at the moment.

I believe FB must have done an internal algo update and now my fan page is positioned in the first results when you search my keyword. Like This. my page is showing on 1st page of results out of 100s of other pages

Anyone else notice something like this in the past 30-40 days?

I actually notice it on all my small pages too. Didn't give it much thought just thought they tweaked their algo so I'm seeing even less targeted people.

It's a campaign from fb. Currently, when you engage with a post, you get recommendations bellow the post. There are many forms and types of recommendations, this is just one of them. Some are running year-round, some are seasonal. If your page performs well in a seasonal campaign, it will be preferred (meaning higher in the list) on the year-round campaigns in the next period. good luck bro.
