I was wondering to create a landing page...
I know that i need to get a domain and then host it, but do i need a new domain for each campaign? meaning i'll have to get multiple domains and host them?

For seo and ppc purposes you should keep your niche sites on their own domains and not mix them up with non related offers/content, unless you really have to, for some reason.
 
a good solution would be to register a domain for a certain niche and host landing pages for different offers there

so you'd have:
yournichedomain.com/offer1/
yournichedomain.com/offer2/
yournichedomain.com/offer3/
yournichedomain.com/offer4/
...

you can obviously do this with a single hosting plan

When you get a hosting plan make sure to get one that allows multiple domains.
