It is possible to send users directly to the order/card page if the merchant/network gives you a link to that page. If you need it, ask!

Yeah its possible but not very easy. (Ignore these clowns) I'll help you here's the steps.
1) Setup mysql with a php script that can store info into it.
1a) Make sure it's ok with the merchant.
2) Gather the visitors IP address.
3) Run the visitors IP through this checker to make sure they're clean and not a bot.
4) Add a button for the user to click that confirms they're ok with being redirected.
5) Automatically send an email to this bot that will confirm the compliance of the check.
6) Store the IP address into the database.
7) Lookup the IP address in this geo ip database.
8) Make sure the IP is not from Utah or Rhode Island as internet compliance makes these visitors see the vendors page.
9) Generate a customized page for the user that shows their location and another button to click for them to confirm they're leaving your site. (Pro tip put some local weather info here and they'll love it)
10) Send the visitor through this scrub prevention software script that will make sure your network won't scrub them and keep all the commissions.
11) Now they're at the vendors checkout so just hope they complete the purchase.
