Landing Page Review for NE3

So I've done okay on the NE3 contest thus far, despite having 2 google slaps and some issues with MSN and Yahoo.

One of the biggest problems I've had is getting my CTR from my Landing Page to the offer up and my conversions. This had got even worse since I switched from search to content.

Any help would be appreciated - Landing Page

Hey Mike,
Hit me up on AIM. I think we can go over a couple things that should help increase those conversions.
 
I have heard that video kills CTR a lot of the time because they watch that instead of clicking through...

But I am not sure, you would have to test it.
