Anyone know how I can prevent a surfer from visiting my offer page more than 1x? I'm thinking there must be a way to quickly add cookies to the visitor and allow them visits only 1x per 24 hr period or something.
Btw, i'm using prosper202 to send traffic to my offer LP - so if they've visited it before I want them to now redirect to a different offer.
