There has got to be a better and easier way to do what I'm doing..

- Basically, I'm researching and adding thousands of keywords related to my niche to a list.
- First, I want to remove duplicate keywords.
- Then, I want to find the "exact match search volume" from Google for each specific keyword.
- Finally, I want to automatically organize these keywords into keyword-specific ad groups by putting keywords with similar phrases together.

Is there any tool or software out there that can do this?

Your help is greatly appreciated!!!

To filter duplicate from your list can be easily done with excel. You can also do it with xrumer if you got one.

Now i'm wonder where did u get your keywords that you are trying to separate by catergoy? If it is from google keyword tool than they are already related to one category. Why would you add Keywords from different categories into the same list.

By the way if your keywords comes from Google keyword tool you can do an extract with a monthly search, than use excel to filter out duplicates.

Thanks. Currently, I am using online tools to remove duplicates (no problem). Then pasting keywords in Google Keyword Tool (only 100 at a time is allowed), then putting them into excel and organizing them. However, that can take hours with 1000's of keywords.

Then my biggest challenge is organizing the keywords into keyword-specific ad groups. I was wondering if there are any tools out there that can do this effectively? It would save me hours and hours of time.

Any help is greatly appreciated...

I have Market Samurai, but not sure it can do everything I'm looking for.

Keyword Scout looks great, but does it work for MAC?
