I'm having difficulties getting this script installed properly,
What script?: Competition Finder from SEOBook.com
Source code links: index.txt
nusoap.txt
Instructions:
Change file paths to .php. Also ensure you enter your own default Google API key value on line 22 of index.php.

Which i did, i pasted the content of each above linked file into Notepad and saved it as .php
I also entered my own API key that i retrieved from the page where Google make these available.
Everything installed and then using it on my domain it displays the following errors:
I would REALLY appreciate it if someone could shed some light on this how to fix this issue?
It's a real time saving tool only i just can't get it to fucking work!
