Keyword blacklisting

I found an interesting article about using blacklisted keywords and how it may affect on your site. Precisely it says that:
"Keyword backlisting is one of the biggest threats to publishers worldwide. Here are some statistics: because of keyword blacklisting, in 2019 in the USA new publishers lost over 2.8$ billion dollars, and in the UK news outlets and magazines lost about £170 million." - source

My question is - are there any actual lists of those keywords?
Is that even a problem for you?

Fastest way to check would be to see if something is in auto complete or not.
Then, throw up a page full of not in autocomplete words and see if you can rank it.
