I was thinking the same thing...I thought pepperjam is for people with big budgets.. I see alot of there customers are big names like Babyphat,JLo,Rocoawear,Vanity Fair etc....If they work with people with not so big budget would be cool.

No go as far as using them to push different affiliate programs, plus the min monthly to set up a campaign would be around $5000.

Its good to know they are there though, I may be able to use them in the future.
