Why are a vast majority of posts here hateful and immature? Why is this kind of stuff allowed here?

I have been here a short while and it seems that almost every post I read is written by a frustrated 15 year old boy who lives in his mothers basement and hates his life.

I mean no offense to those of you who are here for a valid reason, as I am, but dang...it sure is unprofessional to allow these elementary school hotheads to chase decent people away. I actually came to this forum because I had heard on another forum that this COULD be a really topnotch site except for the "uglies" who seem to run the show.

I'm just curious...and I can't WAIT to read all the blasts of idiots who think I give a rats patooty about what they say. Personally, I could care less...but the owners of this site definitely should!

I would definitely disagree that "uglies" run the show. Sure there are a few goobers that run around but really what I think is throwing you off is the "code/rules" of this community. In order to keep out noobs and leechers this community has almost set up a fort loaded up the ass with enough firepower to take out everyone that travels here from DP and WF. There is a huge initiation period into this forum as it is a pretty tight knit group.

You will find a lot of information on this site that you will not find anywhere else.. you will also find that a lot of people here make a good amount of money. So, they usually don't take kindly to strangers (as I myself have figured out).

Whats my advice? Contribute and Learn. Don't come in here expecting people to respect your standards/morals, instead you need to earn their respect through contribution and persistence.

If you dont like it, dont read it... but dont discount WF as crap yet. There is a shit ton of helpful info
 
I think this forum appeals to people that have the same sense of humor. Not only is it informative but it is fun and a nice change from the monotony that you will find on other forums. If you don't find boobs entertaining then this probably isn't the place for you.
 
I'm glad things are the way they are. It keeps a lot of the 'real ugglies' away which has ruined forums like Sitepoint and Digitalpoint. They're plagued with hundreds of new posts daily on topics that have already been covered 100x, tons of Ebook spam and people who actually make money.
