Just signed up for an Affiliate Program

What to do next? I'm noob at this and been wanted to try Affiliate Marketing so yesterday I signed up with Onesuite Affiliate Program (and signed up with Share a sale too) and I want to know what to do next.

Do I need to make a whole site out of it or just a page? where can I get sign ups? Aside from doing a site, where can I promote it to get sign ups?

Anyone signed up with Onesuite or Share a sale for that matter? What are your experience?

What networks are good or products? I think I will try a couple more and see it from there.
