July volume and conversion rates?

The volume on my EU and USA campaigns started to slow last week and my conversion rate has all but tanked on a very steady campaign. I did expect this in the US, but in the EU? Does July (summer) usually suck for conversion rates too?

Yup last week was one of the slowest weeks of the year. (except christmas time).
