iTunes, does it sell good?

For a music video clips website with a collection of 2k vids and an admin interface with youtube api and stuff to quickly add hundreds more music videos. currently 400 unique visitors per month.

If I would SEO and Promote this site though social bookmarking networks, maybe PPC or other means. Will I do any good selling itunes, or should I promote ebay offers? or is it a waste of time. I can sell the site for $120

Waste of time. Itunes gives you pennies for each sale.

The payout from AdSense is better than iTunes.
I'd only recommend it if you had something really unique, like an indie band mega archive or some shit.

If you want to monetize music traffic: P2P, Ring tones, or merchandise.
