Hi Guys

Is your office messy or tidy? Mine is fairly tidy, and getting tidier by the day. If it's tidy, you much feel better, and you waste less time looking for things. It also looks better.

I'm pretty much totally anal about cleanliness. Mainly because I live in Asia, and both front & back doors are open 16 hours a day for the dogs. For example, no dish ever gets left unclean for more than 10 mins in my house, and things like that.

Only exception is the floor. I'm a little lenient about that, simply because it's impossible to keep it 100% clean at all times due to the dogs coming in & out 150 times a day. I sweep & mop it every few days, but 10 mins after it's dried it's back to being dirty, so I've just learned to live with it.

sounds like your dogs have total control - you live in their kennel, the dishes are clean thanks to their tongues. what is totally anal is your sex life - doggy style. you're their bitch. you should just change your nic to Kiopa Mutt.

My immediate workspace is immaculate. My office looks like a tornado ripped right through the center of it. I guess that is why I don't leave my desk to often!

dogs inside a house are a personal pet hate of mine because they stink up the joint and harbor fucking fleas and did i mention they stink? you're probably oblivious to it. not to mention they don't wear shoes so there's some dirt on the floor for ya. fuck that

who cares who's who in the zoo. it only matters what side of the bars you're on
 
i was mad at this shitty thread but then someone chimed in with some tits, so now i'm pretty indifferent...

Not saying I don't believe you, but post a picture of said office with a spoon and WF on the screen.
 
Office is a place where you work. For me, this means a desk with a desktop or PC on it, a printer and a fax, comfy chairs and a collection of cups our football team won at IT football league - just to remind there are other things aside work.

We eat on a kitchen, smoke in a smoking area with comfy sofas and we have a maid to clean the dirt (well, we all wash our mugs and plates after having free tea and coffee/cookies or eating our diners) - so the kitchen is never too dirty.
If you eat and smoke in your office - it's not an office any more. It does not matter if you work from home, though - you can clean up only when it's impossible not to - but office of a company should look like an office, IMO.

Depends. If I was in North America or Europe, where you live in an air-tight house due to winters, then yeah, I could see your point. But here windows are open 24x7x365, doors 16 hours a day, etc. Plus there's no carpet -- it's only tile, cement, wood and leather. Only fabric is the beds, but they're not allowed in the bedrooms for that exact reason.

Fleas are no problem, at least not inside. Add 2.5ml of Bayticol into the mop bucket, and you'll never have to worry about fleas, mites, or parasites inside your house. Yeah, I get a bit of dirt and dog hair on the floor, but it's hardly disgusting, as I do the floors every few days, plus again, no carpet or fabric anywhere.
