Is this Right? A Common Sense Question

Anyone have this problem?

I'm using HasOffers platform to track one of my offers and here's how the numbers look:

They want to charge me based off of "Gross Clicks" (of course, so they can bill me more) instead of "Clicks."

On their pricing page they quote the price in "clicks":

So shouldn't I be billed by the "clicks" count and NOT by the "gross clicks" count?

I know it's just a matter of couple hundred $, which isn't a big deal by any standards, but still it just doesn't seem right as they seem to be taking advantage of an ambiguity.

Hasoffers is super shadey when it comes to billing. I had some af signup and send me a whole bunch of fraud leads to a zip submit I run and they said they were billing me anyway..

Talk to them and see what they say - all they can say is "No."

They should honor your request because the verbiage in the ad is a bit vague. Kinda a crappy deal though either way. They should make it right, what do they have to lose - a trickle of bandwidth?
