If you ever questioned whether or not the general public has knowledge about when they are being marketed to, I recently had a discussion with some people about the following youtube vid and they were unsure if it was real. Several people (and these are not people you would consider dumb, just naive) thought this was actual real footage.

No thats all for real.

What trojan does ask their customer to record some home footage and send it in.

Its not unusual for their customer to have their hair blow back like that or for the boyfriend to say "sswweeeettt" like that in real life.
 
1. Professional camera work
2. All women are seated and facing the camera
3. All actresses are similarly attractive with similar/professional makeup.
4. Brunette, blonde, redhead - check
5. Token minority is extremely "un-ethnic".

That's not some recorded home footage.
 
No, of course not. That commercial is obviously fake. Trojan doesn't use hidden camera or real testimonials like drug companies. If you want to see good examples of commercials that use real testimonials, check out this one for Yaz:

Btw, you have the e-mails/phone numbers/facebooks/skype/anything for those people you were referring to? I just read an article about a really weird belly fat trick that they might be interested in. Also, if they want to know how one single mom turned $97 into $7562 in one month, I read an article about that as well.

it has a big TROJAN logo at the top of the screen, with a website URL in the corner, and a big square box resembling a product displayed.
