Is there THAT big of a difference w/ credit card submits?

What kind of conversion difference should I expect from offers that require you to pay for 'shipping & handling' vs. just a 1 page submit?

And can I expect more $$ on a regular basis from these types, or what kind of offers are more regularly profitable for affiliates?
