Is there a template or software available to build FaceBook pages

I am looking for a good FaceBook page creator anyone know of a good one? I saw some really nice facebook pages like for coca cola or sears. I would like to see if there is a software that can at least come close.

went to a site called monstertemplate or blog monstertemplate something like that and they have really nice templates but expensive about $50 a pop. So dont remember the set up at facebook its been a while since I was there but if we can easily add html to the pages I guess yes use notepad, dreamweaver or other software. I just want to make a simple template with section with text then add pics & video and maybe a paypal button or whatever and easily use it for all FB pages.
