Is there a second chance for people banned for starting a boobs thread with no boobs?

Ok since I can't send PMs and upgrade to Premium membership atm i'm forced to ask here.

Somehow i've missed the no boobs thread without actual boobs in it, and got banned for that.
Can i get second chance on that so i can continue to pay for threads in the marketplace forum?
