If I see dogs that are friendly running a muck I'll pick them up. I generally take them to the vet to see if they're chipped. If they aren't chipped I'll get them their shots and fixed if they aren't. Then I'll rehome them. Fuck giving them to a shelter around here that's a death sentence.

Doesn't surprise me that it's Poland as I saw someone do this a number of years ago when I was visiting family there. Broke my heart.
