Is it possible to sell an add-on domain?

I have a MonsterPower hosting package at Hostmonster (It's the basic one, a few bucks a month, unlimited domains and bandwidth), and I have tied several domain names to that account as add-on domains.

These are regular domain names, purchased at Namecheap, and I'd like to ask if it was possible to sell these websites, or would I need an advanced hosting package for website selling?

Not needed. You can pretty much use your existing package to sell your domains.

If it's a static website - just transfer the name to the buyer and email him all your html files.

If it's a CMS powered website then - just transfer the name to the buyer and email him all the files on your server inside that particular domain's folder + database dumps of the website.

If you're a frequent seller then it's always good to get a reseller account and have a new account for every domain. Most of my clients who're into website flipping have upgraded their hosting packages with us for the same. It tends to get a lot easier with the backups to be emailed and saves the headache during the transfer process.
