Heard about this YEARS ago...

They have these internet cafes all around.

Kids will go into them and be online not for an hour, but like 8+ hours at a time.

Parents don't know what to do, since these cafes are popping up..

So they put these kids in bootcamps, where they torture these kids with shock therapy, etc. There's been a handful of kids that have been abused to the point of death.

Crazy..
