Internal Page...PR5, not indexed wtf?

I have a site that has a new type of page I just added. The majority of them are PR3-5 after the update(my site is very high PR).

However, none of them are indexed in Google. I checked robots.txt, checked .htaccess and checked the links. They show up in fetch as google and there are no weird nofollow noindex things anywhere. Any ideas on things that could cause a page not to be indexed? Keep in mind the PAGE PR of these pages is PR3-5
 


Yeah I ran a check...

After digging into everything I MAY have found the answer. Our rel canonical was linking to the wrong page...thanks to Yoast SEO plugin.

Hoping that fixes it.
 
PR and indexing are two very different matters. You can get entire high PR site deindexed. PR is a metric of some whole bunch of things but indexing.
