I've seen some sleek affiliate landing pages where the affiliate incorporate the fill-in fields/drop boxes of their publishers directly onto their own landing page. This way, the affiliate doesn't have to coax the user to leave his landing page via a crappy banner and then going to another landing page. Pretty nifty, though I'm not entirely sure if its allowed or not.

Does anyone know how this is done? Is there a script for it or something?

It might be allowed, ask your affiliate manager about that particular offer. Basically, if you gross enough money per day you'll find the company and your AM more willing to be flexible with what you want to do. If you hardly make any money then it is less likely they are going to let you collect the registration information and pass it on.

As far as I know, you have three options:

You can collect the information yourself and store it in a database to pass on later (see above first).

You can use one or two form fields that are just for you that never get sent to the offer so that you can collect names and emails for future promotions then pass the visitor on to the offer.

You can spoof one or two form fields to make people think they are getting started in the process, "enter your city name to qualify/search/begin/etc," then pass the visitor on to the offer

By the way, you shouldn't be coaxing people to leave your page to get to the offer. Your design, graphics and copy should be created in such a way that they are compelled to complete the offer :)
