Does anyone have any experience losing an INDRP case for an Indian domain (.in/ .co.in)? I know a guy who lost a dispute for a generic developed .in named he owned and they ordered him to pay some outrageous costs because they accused him of being a cyber squatter. I know it's highly unlikely they could recover costs from him since he's in the US, but I'm curious what will happen to his other .in/.co.in domains if he doesn't pay the ordered costs. The costs were ordered to be deposited into the registry and they control all the names, so I'm just curious.
I suggested he transfer the names to his "clients" who he registered them for to keep them safe, but would they still be affected?
If anyone knows anything about this, it would be a great help to me.. I mean my friend. Thanks!
