So I do web design for clients and the way I usually operate is I'l design a PSD and have it converted into a wordpress for my clients. I also do the same with Magento, Joomla, Drupal, etc...

My problem is that the people I have been outsourcing the coding to (xhtmlchop.com) usually deliver sub par work that needs 15 revisions just to work correctly and it takes me way too long to get it over to the client.

There website says that its 99$ for the conversion but it always ends up being around 300$, which includes some custom javascript and minor php (usually just contact forms)

Also the communication with them is always terrible as it is mainly through a big message board that they update once every 2 days and no phone or skype or IM of any other kind.

So.. do you guys know of any other service that codes sites that is reliable, consistent, codes well, and communicates well? I don't mind paying a little extra for quality...

I am also looking for someone that I can perhaps contact for simple php/html/css/js revisions that wont charge an arm and a leg and that can be contacted regularly & communicates well in English.

Also please no freelancers, because unless you can handle a lot of work you won't be able to tackle my needs.
 


I've had *SOME* success with htmlburger in the past, there might be 1 or 2 minor revisions but nothing too major so far. If you send them constant business they will give you some okay discounts.
 
I've heard from some people that PSD Ninja is more reliable so I might try them out on the next project, but hopefully I can get some solid suggestions here
