Hey, okay so I have a few ads that are in the 0.70-1.00% CTR range for a 300x250 banner size. With how much I am bidding CPM I am getting an average of 10-15 cent clicks. I have tried split testing several different landing pages and all of the CTR %s from the LP to the offer all seem to suck (around 10-15% CTR from LP to offer). I am wondering if someone could partner up with me and help me turn this campaign profitable, obviously the ads are excellent since they are getting such a great CTR %, I just need to do something about the LP I guess. i'll give you some clues. just because the ad ctr is huge doesnt mean its 'obviously excellent'. ive ran an offer where I had two ads both with a .1% CTR and one got a 10% CVR whereas the other got a 3% CVR. my advice to you is obvious: split test more landing pages with more ad copies. good luck bro

If I was allowed to advertise "free porn" on Facebook to a male demo for a Starcraft2 video game, I would get a skyrocketing click through, but conversions would be in the shitter.
In other words, it's not all about CTR on your ads/banners. It's about targeting, your CTR from your lander to offer (if applicable), and obviously conversions.
