Importing CSV into YMS

Is this possible? I can import a CSV into MSN with Adwords Editor.

I'm guessing there must be a way. Why else would I be able to export from YMS?

hmmm...seems to be an account setting:

To import new campaigns, ad groups, ads, and keywords:

1. Click the Campaigns tab > Import subtab. The Import Campaigns page opens. (Note that the Import tab will not appear if the Import Campaign feature is not supported by your account.)
2. In the Import Campaigns panel, click the CSV link to download a new template file, a spreadsheet you can use to record your campaign, ad group, keyword, and ad information.
3. Read the Understanding the Template File section to become familiar with the template.
4. Continue on to the procedures below.

Anyone know how to change that account setting?
