Hahahahaha that is one of the funniest forum spams I've ever seen, and I'm leaving it here because it's so ridiculous, but banning the spammer.
 
send him an email and find out. You will probably get a link to some dating site with a refferal ID placed neatly inside.
 
I don't think it's really that stupid, it's much more subtle then posting a link and you can post this on boards, blogs and many other places where a link would look more intrusive. All the work involved for the guy who made it is setting up an email address and an autoresponder.
