Voted for ewandy.. I had the luck of running into his service in my second or third try with bookmarking and then i stuck with him because everything was done as it should be.. Great guy and a great service he provides! Maybe others from the list provide a similarly great service, but i just didn't try anyone else from the list, because i didn't have to yet 
Not sure if it's good idea to make a comparison poll thread between BST providers.
IMHO, we can figure it ourselves easily. They all have threads with star ratings and feedbacks.
Most of the people don't have experience with all providers and can't come to the right decision, besides answer is subjective too.
New accounts might be created by providers to increase the votes as this is going to be a marketing point for each (They wont but just saying).

River, Red Virus, Lalit are my favorite public vendors. Bauss and I built something sick for volume socials but you can't buy it.
Be careful with Latit, he fucked up my last order in a major way and a bit of digging revealed he made the same fuck-up with other customers too.
Wrong URL? Wrong keywords? No. This fucktard said in chat he accepted spintax for descriptions, then instead of spinning it he posted the fucking spintax. Which he could not edit or remove. He didn't include the link in the report, of course, but I found it, and it was from his "service" - he admitted it too. I'm hoping he starts a new thread in SBT.
This is why I started this. I want recent status on these guys, because of the recent captcha problems and massive orders, some of the popular guys are lagging behind and it sucks.

I had a bad experience with this provider too. It wasn't the same situation you describe, though. I paid a little extra to get a bunch of his smaller packages to target internal pages. I specifically requested that each package be done on a different combination of sites since I was doing as many as 10 or so packages per site. When I received my report, all of the packages were done on pretty much the same set of 20 or so sites. He was a good provider up to that point, but I won't use him again.
Only person I've used here is Red_Virus because of his reputation. and was very pleased with the results.
River's reputation precedes him. I've never had an issue with him. As of late with all the google turmoil, I've switched up things a bit and started using either Amit or Lalit for low volume high quality bookmarks. I hit it with a River drip/blast later on once the site has a good base.
