During the years of working as web development project manager I collected many contacts of good and trusted programmers, developers. It would be smart to utilize those contacts as I do not have that much work that I could hire them all.

Per project cooperation, long term and so on. Usually it goes like this - you provide me a project, budget and sit back and relax while I manage it from start to finish. I am flexible and interested in other suggestions as well.

If you work in that field and have extra work load, lets talk business.

I agree, its not my strong suit, however I can offer good project management and my database of skilled developers. That could turn out into beneficial partnership.
