So if the government allows all these files to disappear, won't their evidence against MU kind of disappear as well?

Also, if copyright and trademark infringement is the same as theft, and these replicable copies are the same as property, then how is torching people's legitimate files any different than the government just burning your house down because your neighbor had a few pot plants or something like that?

Anyhow, this is why I wish Ron Paul had a chance.

I'm sure the FBI have copies of the files that infringe copyright, if the files disappear MU won't have any evidence that they were running a legitimate business.

The FBI aren't deleting them, MU's bank accounts have been frozen so they can't pay the hosting bills, so the hosts are naturally going to wipe the servers and rent them to someone else.

Your assuming they don't own their own servers. An operation that size probably does.
