iDevAffiliate : Any suggestions for Affiliate Software

Seems like iDevAffiliate is the largest self hosted script for running an affiliate program. Wanted to ask those who run Affiliate scripts for suggestions or alternatives for self hosted solutions. Budget is not a problem and just trying to start off with a solid php based solution for Affiliate management and payouts.

Can always just go through a network. They would just have to place a pixel on the thank you page and can manage all the affiliate side of things.
