Just wanted to post a quick thread making sure you don't deal with Ice Lime Media or their director Annie Munday.
We had an offer running with them and they sent a BUNCH of fraudulent traffic, really bad stuff.
When we questioned them on it, they demanded FULL payment and even when we asked to just have a quick phone call to discuss they ignored all of our calls and Skype messages and threatened legal action.
Even when we put to them in writing the issue, they still refused a call or to discuss it further which makes it difficult. Communication is key when working in this industry.
TL;DR: Do not do business with Ice Lime Media LTD, they will send you the worst quality traffic and demand full payment for all of it. Their director, Annie Munday, was involved with New Media Co... a company that went bankrupt and refused to pay their publishers.
