I've used them before. I know I'm probably going to get flammed for being a newly registered member recommending another one, but I who cares.

They aren't as good as say, paying $70 or was it $80? that prweb charges, but they are ok. If I have something I am too lazy to submit to several free pr sites, and not so important that I would want to pay prweb, then I use prunderground.

This may be because of the distribution they have in the industry I deal with, I dunno.

Basically, when you're distribution something, as long as the major outlets are picking it up, the job is done as promised.
