I think propeler ads website has a bug

I was told to update my profile.

I am updating

Then I saw this form

I tried to fill the form and press save several time.

Nothing happens. If I refresh the website it simply shows an empty form again.

I asked their customer service and this is what they said

Please either try to get a virtual visa/mastercard or use alternative billing option.
