Ok, so I have tried contacting a few people on here about getting a site done and haven't found anyone I feel is competent enough to do it.
Anyways, we are creating a social network site (thing facebook, technorati, digg, etc. etc.) where we need someone to create several custom icons, buttons, the works. We don't need a programmer, we already have someone for that. We just need all the basic design work and several custom icons made.
Our budget is around $400. This isn't anything too intense, but we need someone capable of putting together a nice looking site with custom buttons which we will specify.
