I need an easy to follow craigslist "how to" guide

I want to learn how to put up ads on craigslist in multiple metro areas across the US.

I need to know how to constantly change my ip, make my own PVAs, post my website link into my ads, etc.

I'm seeking some kind of coherent well-put-together guide that goes over all of this, also also decently UP-TO-DATE as craigslist has gotten more strict over the years and various tactics no longer work.
