Now that I go your attention, check if you can give me a hand in this:

The head of systems in the company is blocking me. When the manager is in, I can log in and work perfectly. When he leaves, the page "gets down for maintenance" or there is a "can't connect to the fuc*ing website" error or something. I'm sure that dou**ebag is playing with the proxy server opening and closing my connection, but the question is how on earth do I prove it? Without a proof, I cannot go to my manager and complain properly. Any ideas on how to proceed will be appreciated.

Send him an email with kiddy porn attached when he's not in work to check his mail. Then before he gets in the next day tell your boss you saw some strange images on his cpu the day before and he should audit his computer. Dirty up his office by also leaving dirty kleenex and lube around the place. That should sort your problem out.

Well... I got a few screenshots of the blocked and issued a complaint to my supervisor. So far he just said he will "investigate the situation".
